• MISSION: Connecting families and individuals who are hurting or in crisis to caring churches that can help through the love of Christ

  • PURPOSE: To screen and verify given information, to eliminate scams and duplication of services, and look for the appropriate resources to help those in need

  • VISION: To mobilize churches in reaching out to the lost and hurting
    • Seeing church volunteers become the hands and feet of Jesus as they help others
    • Seeing church members become mentors to families with budgeting issues
    • Seeing the church become family to those who do not have a support system

Manatee Religious Services, Inc. (MRS) is a Christian Clearinghouse, owned by the Christian churches in Manatee County, Florida.  Established in 1984 by eleven Bradenton churches, MRS became the central location to which they could refer those seeking assistance from the churches.  The clearinghouse is available to all 270 churches in Manatee County.
